Due to the nature, safety, hygiene, and quality standards applicable to such products, we follow a strict non-return and limited-exception policy, in line with industry norms and international trade practices.
By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to the terms stated below.
All products sold by Purani Dilli Se are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This policy exists to ensure:

Protection against misuse and contamination
A replacement request may be reviewed and approved at our sole discretion only under the following circumstances:
Product received is physically damaged during transit
Product received is incorrect (wrong item shipped)
Package received is tampered, leaked, or incomplete
To be eligible for consideration, all of the following must be met:
Claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory, starting from the sealed package
Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Original invoice must be available
⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video will not be processed.
The following are not valid grounds for return, replacement, or refund:
Taste, aroma, color, or texture preference
Change of mind after purchase
Delay by courier or customs authorities
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer
Improper storage after delivery
Approved claims will receive a replacement only. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
Once the order is processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation is not permitted
Bulk orders, festive editions, limited releases, or customised packaging orders cannot be cancelled
Purani Dilli Se reserves the right to cancel an order due to:
Stock unavailability
Pricing or technical errors
Regulatory or export restrictions
Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
